Got a Remake In Ranked Because Client has AIDS

Go to champ select and communicate just fine. It is time for enemy last pick and everything stops working. Timer is dead and can't see what the enemy chose. Tried restarting several times but got critical error. Had to restart since my computer was bricked, it is not a bad PC. First time this happened in a long time ( two months maybe).
