Affected by Hurricane Michael question about world tokens and other stuff.

Hi I didn't know where to post this but I figured someone would move it if it was the wrong spot. I stay in Southwest Georgia where we were affected by Hurricane Michael. My family luckily had almost no damage to the home and kept our power. We lost our cable and internet for the last week just getting it back like literally a hour ago. If you check my match history if that is possible since i've been gone for a week. I was steadily climbing. I went from gold 3 to plat 3 in a weeks time. I was also steadily getting worlds tokens and felt i'd have enough for the Kai'sa skin if I kept playing at the clip I was playing. I lost the internet for a week while my ISP recovered services that the hurricane caused damage to. I'm wondering is Riot aware of that and is there a catch up mechanism they have set up where a person affected by the hurricane and unable to play can get at least some of the tokens they missed the opportunity to get?

Second question which piggybacks off that is I had been a toxic player this season. For the last two months before that I cleaned up my behavior and I am at stage 2 of level 1 before level 2 and i know i have to be level 2 to get the seasonal rewards. Its not guaranteed but I feel the week without internet has hurt my chances to gain level 2 before the season ends. I understand i can just grind and it may get back to it but a week without the ability to play may have hurt my chances. I don't think much can be done about this though but I'd really like to hear about the world token thing. I was really looking forward to getting that skin and watching worlds and neither were possible because of factors out of my control. If i'm just SOL its fine thank you for reading if anyone from Riot does read this post.
