Just what the titles says. I'm just curious to what the community think why this happened? Mainly because I want to know to satiate my curiosity. I'm not entirely sure myself. I'm hoping its not a bug created by the classification change of his ult to AOE and DOT. Anyway shoot. Also this is a legit post and question. Keep to just a discussion. None of the favorite old being salty at Lucian as a champ.
Lucian win rate dropped near 3% without changes this patch. What are you guys thoughts?

Inaccurate 3rd party data is innacurate.
It’s because other adcs are playable now. Lucien Draven and mf aren’t your only options anymore.
other adcs got better. Instead of making lucian worse.
I really think that they introduced a bug with him of some kind. Xayah and Cait getting buffed would affect him slightly but not that much. :/ I hope that they look into him because that's... really weird.
To be honest, 3% in a few days might just be noise. Everyone's winrate is natually fluctuating for like 1~2% each day.
Remember, zyra winrate dropped more than 5% instantly with the spellthief vs pet attack bug.
other adcs got buffed while its uncommon lucian mid/top indirectly got nerfed by the ryze (hehe xD) of riven and other bruisers. while being mobile and having a double onhit passive, its still an adc. it dies quicker than a ward vs a 2.5 attackspeed champ.

Vayne has a good matchup against him and is also op and she is super popular rn. Maybe after a few more days of collecting data his winrate will go up again
Most likely because the patch just came out. Give it another day or so. None of the changes (bar Cait + Xayah buffs) should really be affecting him in any way.
There's bound to be a bug in there somewhere. The winrate of a champion with Lucian's popularity does not fluctuate that much in a single patch. At least not if said patch does not contain direct changes or major indirect changes - and 9.6's Xayah/Cait/Brawler's/Dematerialiser changes do not seem impactful enough for a 3% winrate shift (again, on a very popular champion).
