Unpopular opinion: Jinx is more powerful late game than Vayne, have safier lane phase and overpowered kit.

Nah, we like to keep change crit items then buffing dumb adc to make them broken then give them power back in items
I could see it, honestly. She's performing very well. She was one of the ADCs that received a compensation buff after 8.11. She could probably have the buff she received after 8.11 reverted and be fine.
What would bring this up?
If you cyclically nerf Marksmen and not their items nothing changes.
The 8.11 Crit changes where mostly reverted so the Jinx buffs following that time should also be reverted. They were necessary at the time but not anymore.

Its totally only the items that's making her OP and not Rito falling to undo compensation buffs from when items where shit.
Jinx is waaaay too strong. Tired of baning her.
I see MSI Play Ins with mage botlanes so no thanks, we need strong marksmans to face the broken shit that comes from other lanes.
Caitlyn buffs on PBE are nice, and the ER buff too.

I think a Rioter mentioned this on a reddit post. They notice the high win rate and pick rate...but she also has a very low ban rate. (2% in Plat+ and 4% when you include every elo). That's probably why they're debating whether or not to nerf her.

Jinx honestly needs a nerf to her Fishbones/Pow-Pow + Runaan's Uurricane. Dealing with Aoe crits is not fun, but knowing how they nerfed serveral other champions I'm expecting nerfs to her Flame Chompers.
Dont nerf adcs, nerf supports.
I know that she's way broken, but in my recent games even where I got fed with her, I still felt weak trying to use my Q to take down more than just one person at a time as I always got shutdown trying to kite some random assassin.
