You're looking too much into the numbers. Base stats don't entirely define a champion.

Are you going to acknowledge the fact that Pyke cannot build any max health? He's overly susceptible to CC and relies entirely on his ultimate. What about the fact that if Blitzcrank lands a hook, it's almost a guaranteed kill or flash? Pyke's Q can be dodged because of the wind up, and also doesn't pull as far as Blitz's Q.

As somebody who plays with a Diamond blitzcrank main as his support, blitzcrank brings a much better early game and stronger pickoff potential. Pyke has more consistent damage in the later game and a significantly better teamfight.

The self slow is annoying though, it was a much suggested nerf by the playerbase because of the name "overdrive" and how blitzcrank could just run at you and punch you into a hook, taking out the skillful component of the champion. Mobility creep might make that point moot though.

Edit: We had much easier time securing lvl 2 first bloods with blitz compared to pyke. Easier to snowball a lane with him.

That huge base AD stat is hardly anything to scoff at.
