Wave clear op?? Are minions smart??? Rune's??? Idea's???

Hello i have no life right now so i am going to post some idea's hoping it can give riot some help/ idea's. :D. So right now wave clear is a problem you can push wave and gank. Right now this is a a good yet bad thing. So looking at the game from an in game perspective if i was a front line minion and i see Ekko q about to kill me and all my loyal friends. So what i'm proposing is the first minion hit by AOE ability's take the brunt for his friends (front line stop's like %40 of damage to other minions, mages take %25 Doesn't stack. Runes are hard to balance and this is hard deal with have you considered putting runes into the game instead or pre-game. So you could put in a new shop section that unlocks at lvl's. This allows players the ability to build based on the game so if you are behind you can go more defense or try and destroy if you have a advantage. please let me know what you think or other idea's.

So im just going to keep posting stuff because i can. SO im a plat 4 support main. Riot cant balance bot lane because if support items are cheap and good other lanes will build it. This is a big problem and i think the best way of fixing this in the long run is more items like knights vow or allow the support items that make the target friendly champion do more damage every so often instead of buffs just from shields and heals.(Ardent Censer)

Hey me again. So looking at bot lane again as i play support. Could we get a support item that gives mana or health per second like knighs vow giving the adc more sustain in bad matches. I get this item could be hard to balance but would love more support items that do more than shield ,move speed ,heal. So this item would be a bound item the support has like 500g but binds giving increased health per second for the person bound. This allows champs in bad match up's. aka poke lanes vs tank support the ability to help the adc through lane.
