Punishment for dodging.....

So i get punishing players that afk in game but for the love of god just let me dodge the game in lobby without making me wait it out. Even if you gave me a 3 minute timer every time i would be ok if i dont get the same players. But the increased timer just shits on the playes trying to climb. When i op.gg my team in lobby and they have a kda of 1/9/3 in 12 games on that champ you force me to enter the game i get no choise unless i wanna stop playing the game or make or play other accounts. I dont feel im asking alot. Dodging in this meta is needed. PLEASE RIOT.
