make a new rank between bronze and silver (this time do it correctly)

don't just trim divisions from other ranks and name it "plastic" or something ADD new divisions ffs the low elo is full of players so there's no fear of it being underpopulated the reason i want this because i still think the gap between bronze and silver is HUGE neither i can win them nor my team can handle them so a rank between those two would be appreciated even a small "gatekeeper" rank that consists of two divisions only i don't mind
