can we make kennen ulti's a burst damage already?
he feels extremely underwhelming what's the point of having a high damage ulti if it's not a burst in this burst meta rito pls

if his ult dmg was front loaded he 1. couldnt proc passive with it 2. couldnt move around to hit multiple targets that werent aready in it which is core to his playstyle and 3. would remove too much skill expression from a champion already extremely lacking in it

Yeah no, back when his ult was frontloaded he ended up instakilling entire teams. Kennen also does not need any buffs atm.

Then remove his stun passive, Q does 0 damage & E only procs passive on the 1st 3 opponents he touch.
If he is ahead it feels like its a burst ability, if he is behind it feels like it does nothing.
it used to be bursty but then they nerfed it to the meh place it is now. He was impactful by himself but now i can literally 5man ult a team and get 0 kills unless my teammates are there to do the other like 60% of an enemie's hp bc kens burst is so meh now.
