So... uh... are we really trying to monetize borders for champ release skins now?

Please tell me this is just the PBE folks just copypasting and forgetting to clip of text.

This feels really scummy after we just had to fight for Variants to be released at a reasonable price (though imo this only applied to Leona since at the time there didn't look to be that much difference other than color between the two).

But... it feels like Riot are trying to sneak more and more scummy "GRAB THIS NOW OR YOU LOSE IT FOREVER" tempts for something like borders... when they can actually tie it to the actual champion or an event.
