Idea to make Yuumi Decent - Summoner Spells usable on Allies

I think we can all agree, a Yuumi on the team is a hindrance. In lane phase, CC tanks that soak up damage beat her, heal/poke champs beat her, stun/burst champs beat her. Outside of lane phase, Yuumi can't protect her ADC from assassins at all with her weak heals, slow, and a root that takes time to snare enemies with her ult.

What I suggest is to allow Yuumi's self casting summoner spells like barrier, teleport and ghost to be cast on allies when attached to them. Personally, I'd probably use barrier and exhaust/teleport. Being able to use barrier on the ally you're attached to would fix one of Yuumi's biggest problems, and I think it would compliment the type of champion she is supposed to be.
