Orn Balanced?

Anyone else think like Orn is way too strong now, or is it just me being bad? To me, It feels like there is very little opportunity to outplay him, and he just keeps walking forward and wins regardless of tanking minion waves because he takes no damage and has high base damage. What champions are good to counter him?
