Champion Select Force Dodging

Alright, so I just went to play a game and something strange happened. When I went to click the champion I wanted to play, it would not let me. Then when the ban countdown went, it would delay at 0 seconds for about 15 seconds before moving on to the next ban. When it was my turn to lock in my champion, it was not my turn. It just skipped my lock in option and kicked me out, and punished me for dodging by taking LP and giving me a 5 minute time before I could queue again. I reloaded the client and it wont even let me log in anymore. My connection is fine and I'm playing on a $1,200.00 computer less than a year old. Fix your shit please, Rito...
