Opinion on the Teemo Rework?

I've made multiple posts in the past asking for a Teemo rework, so this makes me very happy. I've always thought that Teemo either needed to be either more viable in Team fights, or a stronger split pusher. In my opinion, this should make him actually have a chance in team fights with the changes to his ult.

One thing that I'd like to see changed however, is the activation time of a bouncing shroom. In my opinion, when a shroom is bounced off of another shroom, there should be no activation time when it comes into contact with a champion when it lands on the ground. The reason why I'd like to see this is because I believe it will add a level of skill to Teemo's kit, while the enemy also has the chance to dodge it, since it moves pretty slowly. However, if a bouncing shroom automatically activates when it comes into contact with a minion, this could be abused. This is the reason why I said that bouncing shrooms should only instantly activate on contact with champions.

Also, can Teemo please get a new W? Something that makes it so he can survive getting 1 shot by AP/AD casters, or an ability that makes it so he can escape burst champions?

My opinion: The rework did not do much of anything to change why his kit is so toxic. He still gives his team a major vision advantage, has a difficult to see click blind dart mini nuke, and is still a split pushing nuisance. (All three combine to make it so you generally need two people to kill him. He shouldn't be able to just win a 1v1 by clicking his Q and auto-attacking.)

Other than the Free Q blind dart, he still doesn't contribute much to a team fight and is better split pushing (and he has too much tools to do that safely.)

Fix his W. It's beyond the most useless skill in the game.
