Nobody knows - not even the heralds. They do not have any schedule, they have no requirement to provide coverage, and there is no modicum of care for the boards. You could try the discord but expect to wait multiple hours for a response.. if you even get one.

Admittedly I was playing League all day hitting D2 and rarely checked GD or any mod report panel stuff so I would have missed those too.

actually even when chickenwrap was a mod, there existed comments for 2-3 hours that were literally "kys" on the board to another user lol
