Been a while since I played halo but according to rito's tests I have the best Everything in game and still have 3% packet loss. Remember when they nerf'd crit runes and removed dodge from the game because of a 1% crit chance could win or lose a lane... They give me 3% chance to fail abilities... WTF RITO
O it also stutters out AA's so I litterally have a 3% anti-crit.
I play CoD, you have no idea.
