The first champ I fell in love with in LoL is Rammus. But rammus has been nerfed 8 times since I started playing (heard he had been nerfed a couple times before I started playing him too) with only a qol tweek... So either he was the most OP champ that has ever been placed in LoL, or you over nerfed him. Considering the only times he's played is if its a die hard fans, picked against an Extremely ad heavy enemy team comp, low level games.

If you want to keep his taunt nerfed could you undo the 8 to 10 nerfs you gave him to keep him taunt intacted?
