Smurfs Are Annoying AF
Being in Plat 1 promos and seeing that Plat V 80 percent winrate Katarina is annoying AF. You might win, but so many ruined games in upper plat because of them.

People play smurfs because they are to garbage to go any higher then whatever their current rank is [diamond or plat etc what have you]. So they make smurfs for days in order to feel better about their gameplay.
Wait until you hit Dv :) That's where most of the bronzies hang out.
Little blue men are always annoying.
Seen smurfs for a number of reasons. Perma ban accounts that people just made a fresh account. people getting compensated to level along side someone of lesser skill. People just like winning even if its less skilled people they are beating on.
Scarra would use Katarina as his go to champion to get him to diamond. always thought she has been babied because she is one of the flag ship champions that they can easily throw a skin on her. would like to see some sorta mana or energy on her.
