Don't worry, after mage changes you won't need to worry about picking mages.

If Maw and Scimitar can co-exist, I wonder why there can't be two AP armor items in the game. Zhonyas has a great active, but why can't mages have access to a secondary defensive option against all-AD teams?

Because picking first is also retarded and an easy way to get countered. But lets complain about a counter to mage's, its not like you can go invulnerable :)

And then you realize that the mid champs with the highest win rates are actually mages. I agree Zed and Talon are broken as hell. Yasuo isn't perfect, but he's definitely healthier than Zed or Talon.
