with the nerfs to conqueror, and with tanky characters being pretty irrelevant, I can understand some of the damage buffs. Particularly to Sej, Renekton, Amumu, Trundle and Nautilus - these champs have been consistently underperforming, and their damage (even though they're tanks) so so pitifully negligible in most fights that nobody ever makes any effort to even acknowledge their existence in this meta. They needed a bump. The Camille buff is very minor, to make up for conqueror, so that's fair (though idk about necessary)
I like the defense increases for Ornn, since defense is absolutely underrated right now and buffing the damage on the items would not so much make Ornn stronger, as much as it would make literally everyone else op in his place.
Gnar's been underperforming a bit...but the changes they made to his ult are a bit over the top. Though it's held in check somewhat by Rage Gene, he's now essentially guaranteed to ult you every fight, and if he goes full CDR, he may push at twice per fight by late game. Might be a little much.
I'm also happy about the Zed nerfs (to the ire of all the Zed mains) because he was just really, REALLY oppressive early, and they need to spread his damage out a little better so he doesn't feel like garbage late game.
Kayle and Singed should probably have been left alone. The few people who know how to play them are INSANE, and the rest of the community obviously never fought against someone who plays either more than once or twice per season. Besides that, Singed does plenty of damage in his playstyle, and they should have waited for a little more data on Kayle before nerfing her again, with all these other buffs going on. I'm at least glad waited like that with Kayn and Yi.
The rest (Cass, Fiora, Jhin) didn't need that damage boost. I don't mind the QoL of longer root duration (hitting that W is actually quite hard) or the longer stun (again, parrying a cc effect correctly is quite hard) but the damage buffs are too much.
