Unranked Queue

I am not too sure if this idea has already been made but I would like a game mode on SR which revolves around competitive play without the hassle of losing LP. I would think that the mode takes the MMR from ranked and convert to this game mode. I wouldn't know how to work out all the kinks but I want something that can let me play competitively with others around my skill group but without dealing with the "LP" system. I don't like to play Blind Pick or Draft Pick because I am usually matched with those who are way below my skill and it doesn't help me improve at all.
