Does it piss anyone else off that sometimes your teammates that don't like you and they say "Report (X) for calling us racist slurs the entire game" The people that do that to others need to get a chat banned
They do get banned for calling for reports.
You don't get punished for report volume alone. You get punished for valid report volume.
False reports get discarded by the system, so no need to get pissed off at them.
There are premades who threat people with 4 reports if you don't do what they want.
Even if those reports are discarded by the system, it still a form of psychological pressure/torture, even if it's pathetic or too small.
Actually, what sucks is premades and duos in solo q. I have a few different accounts, but I will literally play for weeks or months and continually get praise, key fragments, etc. Then one game, someone starts flaming me (happened today during champ select because someone wanted to switch roles). Then in the game they start griefing and flaming. My weakness is not being able to just ignore them. Of course they are part of a premade... they all agree to report me. I get a 10 game chat restriction. It always happens with premades or duos with people who are playing with buddies. Problem is, you never know if they get banned for their behavior... or just because it is 3-1 you only get the chat ban. Irritates me. The system is flawed. You can get flamed all day from a group of friends, but the moment you respond ..chat ban.
Idiotic if you ask me. And it happens like clockwork every few months.
Yes, I was temp banned for repeating the words they accused me of saying in order to explain to the enemy team that I didn't say those words.
Well i get reported and banned beacose of guy name ZGUZA whitch means: from behind (aplying on f**king) that guy reported me becose i kidding him and i won the game that i carryed -.- the best thing is 7 days before of end season and i went for gold divizion. So i can t get now in gold gg Rito i wish your severs fall down and who made this game burn in pain tnx on most toxic games ever.
Sometimes a direct vindictive report through a ticket will get someone falsely in trouble though, as was in my case when someone sent a ticket in claiming I was trolling and trying to make others lose on purpose, which got me a 14 day ban. However, after contacting them via live chat, pointing out the vindictive conversation this person who reported me chose to have with me after sending me a friend request (riot staff can see your chat everywhere!!!!), along with showing my game history, followed by them watching the game in general and seeing that everyone lost every where and sometimes its just a bad game, they unbanned me and restored my honor same day! Riot staff cares :)

Why am I not surprised that the players trying to use "calling us racial slurs" for false reports are on NA?
I just wonder what they think is going to happen. If I haven't said a racial slur (or honestly have barely talked) all game, why do they think this will work? Do they not realize it leaves a chatlog?
