Frosted Ezreal still doesn't have ice particles

What the heck? Riot how do you miss such an obvious opportunity with the Ezreal update? Crabgot got full particles, audio and a VO filter with its update but Frosted Ezreal can't at least have ice effects? [sg-lux-2]
