Regarding Prestige points updates and those with every skin

So this probably won't be a popular post but here it goes.

TL; DR: Whales with all skins should be able to get prestige borders for less than the full price of the skin in tokens or points.

Recently Riot revealed changes to the prestige system. You will be able to buy all event prestige skins at the end of the year starting in 2020, without receiving the corresponding border. Borders can only be acquired by using event tokens or buying the skin with prestige points.

This is fine and all, but Riot is ignoring a subsection of their playerbase here. Whales. People who own all the skins and reroll for new ones.

For us, we just reroll for the new prestige skins. And that's fine because we already paid enough into the system to earn that right. But all this time the borders have come with the skin for us. But with the new system, we can get the skin for free but suddenlt need to pay THE ENTIRE PRICE (100 points of 2000 tokens) to get the border.

I'm not asking for the border for free. But I think it makes sense to provide a compromise for us.

1. If you get an event prestige skin in a reroll, you can buy the border for X tokens in the event shop. Either 300 like normal borders or maybe 500 since it's prestige. Whatever floats your boat Riot.

2. If you get a prestige point skin in a reroll, you can buy the border for X prestige points until the skin leaves the points shop at the end of the year. 10-20 points, not a big deal.

Any suggestions welcome. Hoping a Rioter will take a look!
