Judging champion balance by ARAM is a pretty poor move.

I haven't played him for a while, but back in the day he was awesome. Must be outclassed now or something =/
Renekton in aram isn't horrible as long as you play him carefully and go for picks. His W at least gives him a small amount of utility. Tryndamere and Udyr feed their asses off in just about every ARAM game I see them in.
As long as the enemy team doesn't have very much point and click CC, he can be pretty good with dark harvest
Renekton is good in ARAM. Take dark harvest and get black cleaver, titanic hydra and go full tank.
