What are the chances that it will be considered to actually be made?
I have a concept for a new Darkin that accepts and is one with the Darkin weapon, and works with it symbioticly. It's super cool, and want to make a post about it.
I'm just curious, if it's liked, will it possibly be made as an actual champion?
Riot specifically does not look at players' champion concepts for legal reasons (IP concerns).

You should post it in the story, art, and sound forum and if it gets enough attention you never know maybe one day... But it is a very very slim possibility there are thousands of people who have posted ideas there that have just sat because people didnt like it. Remember art is subjective and dont be upset if people dont like it just try and figure out what people like and go from there.

I just had a badass idea for a drain tank and wish there was a champ like it in the game.
I don't think it's bad, but I guess it would have balance issues.. I'ma post it anyways, in due time
