I'm curious, what exact build-path do you propose for a melee AP champion with zero mobility and zero crowd control, who also has a ridiculously low base movement speed, that does NOT depend on Rylais?
Because, unless we are operating under the assumption that our opponents are completey hopeless zombies, who just gallavant into melee range all day every day, I cannot think of one that would work.

They should probably complain just like morde mains do, because there is a problem, and we require pressure from the community to get it fixed.

I'd rather his movement speed not be lowered at all at the cost of some of his speed boost honestly.

I wouldn't know. I picked him up after the rework when he went on sale for super cheap, back when you couldn't use w solo.
I mean, personally, I LOVE his kit, and can deal with having no cc, bad base hp, and less hp regen at level 18 than sion at level 1. I love his sustain, his passive, his ult, the Q damage, the dragon ghosts, and his meme legacy.
But he DESPERATELY needs a buff of 10 Movespeed. That's all.

Blumpkin Nation1 votesI mean... the health and AP aren't going to make THAT much of a difference in the late game just due to the sheer amount of damage ADCs are going to have at that point. However, I do think the Rylai's slow could be increased to 25% and lasts for 1.25 seconds.
