Can we stop pretending that Guinsoo's is balanced?

I honestly just believe that this item needs the DFG treatment, you shouldn't be able to double proc true damage every 3 auto's because I auto'd 3 times.

Legit, Kayle with at level 16 alone completely breaks the game. She legit doesn't even need another item because gunblade heals with true damage.
