how does that happen when 9/10 I see a nocturne ult the ADC and then watch the ADC die the instant nocturne arrives at the ADC.

Because this is the same slow as shit balance team that left 
OP for half a fucking season and despite being told to buff towers for 3 years has consistently nerfed them and despite damage being to high is buffing assassins. They also let

Honestly you people thinking Nocturne does anything to ADC's must be playing from a sub-gold perspective. Most Nocturnes don't even take Electrocute anymore, because the idea of being able to R 1shot squishies is unrealistic once you reach a certain mmr. Literally all you have to do is group up, and Nocturne cant do anything unless his team can 4v5 you in the first place.
Noc needs to go with the snowball assassin build to work, he doesnt have the innate tankiness or durability booster to use duelist builds compared to the rest anymore.
Hail of blades is only good on him diana and maybe jax, assuming he isnt using lethal tempo which is better for him, and trash for everyone else. Needs removing and replaced.

Made a post a while ago about how just stormrazor gives jhin access to 610 MS with each auto if he is kiting correctly against melee, thats nearly 100 MS more than Udyr gets from his E at lv 5 and normal build. I didn't use hail of blades at the time because I wasnt thinking about keystones but more about the item in general, but his synergy needs to be nerfed with the item.
Jhin can abuse super easily. It's actually quite frustrating to play against a late game Jhin who can just one-shot you with a basic attack, not to even mention the fourth shot.
