They're judging men as a whole, and theyre going through with it as a good thing.
The company is holding 0 consequences toward their employee. Imagine if the roles were flipped:
**Scenario 1: Only Straight non-trans people allowed until 2:30pm **
Scenario 2: Only Men allowed until 2:30pm
If either one of these scenarios happened, people would be in the streets protesting at Riot's headquarters until the media picked up on it, then turning League of Legends into a full on SJW game. Remember the company who refused to serve cake to a gay couple because of his religious reasons, and got his store closed because of it?
