The german Riot Support or the EU support in general died out somehow

So I made a ticket a good amount of time ago. This ticket should have been done 15!!! days ago but is still not closed. Instead another dude chimed into it 8 days ago saying "sorry for the late answer bla bla" which shouldn't even happen because my last sentence was "you can close this ticket now thanks for your fast answers." Instead this guy really put another stupid answer there and left the ticket open.

Now I have a new ticket that still hasn't been read by any support from 6 days ago. This is almost a week and still no freaking answer nor a sign of activity. Does anyone have the same problem? What should I do?

I have no idea where to put this, so general discussion it is, I guess.

So, no, the Riot Support did not extinct. The only extinct individuals here are Jurrasic Chogath and KogMaw .

Just because the waiting time for your Players is currently very high, doesn't mean we don't care about you or we don't want to help you.

We do help, and we love it! item 3504 summoner 7

Believe me, it hurts us too, that our Players have to wait that long, but at the moment is impossible to shorten the waiting time.

Due to a lot of Events (End of Season, Preseason, Clash, Worlds, Blue Essence Shop, etc.) wie are stomped with tons of tickets mostly in every language.

BUT we are still giving our best to help as fast (as possible) and good as we can, even it includes a long waiting time currently.

Just because we don't reply instantly or faster than usual, doesn't mean we ignore you or don't want to help you. We always reply and always help whereever we can!

So, the Riot Support didn't change or died out. As said, currently we are having an extreme high amount of tickets.

I went ahead and handled your two tickets.

So for the future: we still exist even if we don't reply instantly, we are just having a lot of work to do.

Hopefully you can understand that.

Imma grab now some of thoseitem 3681 item 3680 item 2054 item 3682 item 3683 and head back to the Void ...uh..eeh..uh..AH.. I mean tickets!

probably they had a bug , I sent a support ticket in English , usually they are active right ? the ticket was sent 2 months ago and no answers
