I hate Malzahar, I dont even play him. But I love his dance and those shoes with his dance would look cool af. I am horrible at art and anything having to do with it but that skin would be cool af. Idk if there is a concept of it already. Since his feet are already glowing, a skin with shoes like that and difference dance moves and cool lights would be funny af :D
