Ahri doesn't negate multiple classes in their entirety quite like Riven and Vayne do and Riven doesn't quite eliminate your entire purpose from a match quite like Vayne does.
I honestly despise Ahri as a champion as well, so i get it. But i don't think she needs any tuning right now.
Why would someone complain about her? Ahri is one of the easiest champions to play against. Her kit is too binary and she's useless without her ult. No one even bans her.
