Why are all the girly champions the easiest to play
All the girly champions like lux, ahri, lulu, Janna, soraka, Nami, etc all super simple, basic, and easy to play? Is this why girls only play these champions?

Also, apparently my loving to play Braum, Renekton, Thresh, Mundo, Garen, Lucian, Malphite, Kled, .... and the rest of my male cast of champions is an illusion or something. I should just stick to girly girl Morg =P
Dunno if you are trolling but many of the champions you mentioned aren't easy at all.
most champions in the game are easy to play, difficulty usually comes down to skill cap such as champions like zed, yasuo, kaisa, pyke all these are champions with pretty high skill caps but they're easy as hell to play. for the champions you mentioned most of them outside of janna and soraka have pretty decent skill caps especially nami, nami has two slow moving hard to hit skills her q being one of if not the hardest to hit in the game on top of how quickly she runs out of mana and how squishy she is. and the champions you mentioned are just generally popular champions with an egirl reputation because of twitch thots
Those champions attract women because their thematics are appealing to them. The mermaid fantasy in particular is something that a lot of girls like.
