Did Riot respond to the community's response on Eternals?

Title.

I've been so keen to know if Riot responded yet? I know many of you might respond "No they don't care". I checked Twitter, Surrender@20, Reddit, PBE Boards almost everyday and they seem ignorant af or I could be questioning too soon. PERHAPS they could be coming with a solution we don't know yet? Don't know but If you guys found any resources by their replies, can you link it to me?

The reason for little hopes is because if Riot's main focus is $$ and they're aware they're going to lose $$ by majority, they should do something about it, no?. Otherwise they just letting themselves fall which is no surprise. So yeah.. any news I may have missed?
