wow Rito doesnt even catch all of their own cheaters they let tencent do it....

Is Tencent not actually permabanning accounts? could they be shifting players to other servers instead? We've had an influx of players that barely speak English (which is fine dont get me wrong) but when they do speak English it's "You fucking suck you NA pigs BLAH BLAH" and then they intentionally feed to which we report them and no notification is given that anyone was punished. Below is a quote from Riot themselves in an article which I will cite below. while this quote represents the banishment of scripters couldn't this correlate across the board for different types of bans? "We’ve banned over 7 million accounts for scripting worldwide in the last three years, with 5 million of those being handled by Tencent in China. In fact the robutt probably keeps them from feeding intentionally.
