Incorporating Grievous Wounds into Vayne's kit

So last patch, Riot introduced some specific tools into some champions skillset like Leblanc and Karma being able to reveal stealthed champions with their snares and Kled and Katarina being able to apply stronger healing reduction than anyone else. I think Vayne could use some of that healing reduction cuz right now she's pretty lackluster.

My first thought of how to include it into her kit was to put it on her silver bolts. Silver bolts is supposed to make Vayne excel at killing anyone including tanky targets but what happens when she faces someone like Mundo that heals all the damage she deals? Instead of forcing her to buy Mortal Reminder she should just have healing reduction on her bolts.

If having grievous wounds on her bolts gives her too much uptime on healing reduction, you can put it on her ult and reduce the atk damage bonus. Let me know your thoughts on this.

Vayne has that in her kit it's called buy mortal reminder.

Vayne has a 15% pick rate, if she were so plagued with issues she wouldn't. Get out of here with that crap. Plenty of champions need love (ever hear of Ivern?), she's not one of them.

She eradicates him in a few seconds while never being in danger.

I'm all for changing Vayne to be less good at killing everything, but does she really need it? It would need to come with massive nerfs to her W, just tacking it on because she's "lackluster" would definitely break her.

She already buys BotRK and Guinsoo's and maxes W second. She doesn't need additional help vs the very few drain tanks that exist, most of which she still kills within a few seconds.
