Im in master promos currently and i had to remake cuz fid dc. Though when i got out, it still counted as a loss. That is extremely unfair and should not be a thing to punish players who are in promos with. The remake is for games that are 4v5s or less, why include the remake function if im still going to count as a loss.
I thought a remake was only supposed to punish the one afk player. Maybe file a bug report?
If you were duo with said player it will count against you when you are that high elo, if you were not then send a support ticket to see what happened, I do not know all the rules about remakes
Look on the bright side, you get a free win next promos. :)
Joking, that sucks... Hopefully Riot learns to hire actual people to do work as oppose to computerizing their systems.
I think i read back in like season 5 or so that remakes would penalize the whole team to avoid abuse
