Hey I'm a garen 1 trick, d3 currently and I'm asking for some garen buffs, nothing big like 100 more damage but like a little more on w stacking or damage reduction window, such as .5 60% damage reduction at level one then at level 5 its 1.5 going by .25 intervals. For armor I would like 10 more which is a good start
before they give him number buffs, i want tweaks to his animations and his kit to make it more fluid.
i want them to do this to him first, and see where he stands. if he still needs buffs, they can buff his numbers later from there imo.

you can't kit him anymore because he is effectively immune to cc..
thje silence prevents 
dashes and abilitys.. meaning if your ap... your fucked... peroid...
you cant snare him.. you cant slow him, you cant kite him, you can't out-run him,, you cant attack him, and you cant even away
just becuase adc are broken, doesn't mean that your champ needs a buff so they can kill the adc.. you already hardcounter every ap champin the game.. and if you DO reach the adc you beat them to.. you also get armor shred for tanks.. you have no mana costs.. and if thier fed.. you deal true damage.
sorry, until the silence goes.. i will NEVER support buffs for garen.

Would a straight buff fix garen's issues (being kited) though?
Honestly I would want a full Garen rework, being still kiteable but more durable.
