playing against pantheon

so ive recently played against pantheon and discovered he has no counterplay. The problem with pantheon is that he has mana problems, but when you use presence of mind or manaflow band, it just takes those problems away making him unbearable to play against. That with aery procing on he q makes him actually impossible to lane against. Any ideas cuz as of right now pantheon is too strong in my opinion.
