leaverbuster doesn't work based on actual afking anymore

I just got one for exiting the game seconds before nexus blew up, and since i hit the button that asks if i really want to leave, it registers that i left and administers an auto 5 minute leaver buster penalty.

system working flawlessly.

yes I had other leaves on the account that allowed this one to trigger a penalty obviously, but if i don't actually afk or leave a game and hurt my team that final time to get the penalty, i still don't want the penalty.
