they got dived by their awesome shyvana jungle, just got CC'd into oblivion every time, duh.
Contrary to popular belief, just commanding or saying "be safe" doesn't suddenly make players safe from dying. If the lane has snowballed out of control or they get lots of ganks, they aren't going to magically survive easily. There are games where players are literally standing within turret range and still get dived by the enemy team and die without taking anyone down with them because turrets do nothing to keep players safe.
