Clearing blue, the froggy boi, and wolves yields level 3 with Sett and Yi (updating roster all day)

Yeah, that's how it works now: clearing an entire side of the jungle, be it red or blue, gets you level 3. Doesn't matter what jungler you pick, EXP gains aren't increased or decreased for certain champs.
Yes... clearing any side of the jungle gives level 3... its not anything special
working as intended, rito normalised the xp from both sides of the jungle this preseason, but everyone is still starting top because they don't keep up with any of this shit.
