It's a mixture of the weird mist in game, the fact that Lucian got a new story and the splash art leak a few weeks ago that showed a new black female adc. https://i.redd.it/esvnaevsxag31.png

there was a Chinese leak that was a worlds mission i believe that said do this as senna so everyone just assumed the new champ would be senna even tbh this might be a fake leak.
