These new runes look awesome

They look pretty good, Domination and Resolve could use a buff relative to the other trees, though. Resolve's final level of runes is just weak. 0.2% permanent health for every 8 minions? if you did this for 200 minions, thats a whopping 5% health, how the crap are junglers supposed to get anything worthwhile out of that? 5% boost to shields and heals, 10% increase when they are below 40% health? when people are below 40% health they tend to be untargetable, due to being DEAD. heal for 4%+6 health over 10 seconds? gee I hope most champs won't do 4%+6 of your max health in 2 seconds oh wait, they already do.
