It's really sad people actually think pyke is op.

Like why pick him over thresh when all he has is a execute over him. Do people actually think about champions before calling them broken since going by how many upvote people get for making anti pyke post it seems they don't.

The amount of people think that pyke's dash can be used as a escape is proof that riot should never listen to the community.

Like look up the anti pyke post and most of the people making them have no clue how the game is played.

Here are some common things I see from people getting upvoted that are super wrong. 1: He can regenerate everything, he can't. 2: His dash is a escape, it's not. 3: He is a safe champion, he is not maybe if you afk and DO NOTHING VS HIM yeah. But it's not hard to hit a cc on someone like. He also will 80% of the time put himself behind the enemy to stun them which is really bad for a champion that can die super fast. 4: He does damage, he actually doesn't do a lot of damage if you remove his ult damage he will do less then sona. Like his damage is 100% based on his team.

Like he is how you beat him just all in him and there he will most likely die or just lose.

You want to know why pyke is popular and is doing well, it's because of the meta. With the exception of thresh and nautilus the majority of supports being played are enchanters that do poke damage things pyke is good vs. Like try playing pyke vs leona or rakan.

Bty I don't play pyke I just hate when people use stupid reasons to why a champ is op.

Like only a small amount of anti pyke post I have seen actually talk about things that are good in his kit. Like his early game snowball. Surprisingly I don't see many people say his ult is broken as I would think.

He can regenerate everything, get him to 1HP and he'll have around 70% of his HP bar to recover His dash is an escape. I do not see how it isn't an escape when he can dash AWAY from the enemy champions while stunning them on top of having an MS steroid. 3. is literally everybot lane match up and your point is "just win the lane bro lol hit him", stupid And yeah, he does a lot of damage because he generates the most gold in the game through his ult execution, a 5/0/12 top laner with 200 CS gets less gold than a Pyke who's 5/0/12 0 CS.

His ultimate is an AOE gold generation machine execute ability which does true damage while ignoring shields, do you have any idea how valuable of an ability that actually is??

Can you imagine Darius not requiring to stack his passive at all for his ultimate to be at full strength and an AOE? How about Urgot who instead of shooting in a line it's now a huge X and he gains double the gold from it and it resets on successful execution lol

Literally all of your points get centralised around "lol just win the lane bro he doesnt do dmg" You being able to win lane vs Pyke doesn't mean it's not ridiculously broken, I beat Kled's all the time and that champion is beyond broken

1: ????? Yeah, he regenerates 60% of his HP which is a LOT 2: How is it not an escape? Ahri ult is not an escape by that same logic. Or flash. 3: But he is? Just landing a Q on you is enough for you to die since you get slowed and he has an execute. 4: Uh, yeah he does a lot of damage dude. If he has 2-3 items and the enemy just built their first he's going to burst them quickly, and on top of that get EXTRA free gold for beating an easy opponent, thus increasing his lead even more.

Your points have literally no base at all.

He is not OP, but he also is not really appropriate as a support champion. I think people find his ult super frustrating
