Make Yuumi an actual enchanter
I thought Yuumi was supposed to be a "traditional" enchanter support, yet her gameplay really doesn't pan out that way. She starts as basically half a champion, with a horrendously weak early game. Her shield is basically useless since you lose it immediately in the trade to get it, and her heal doesn't do much of anything early on.
Then, she scales into a mage. Her Qs start hitting like a truck. Her ult catches enemies out repeatedly with its low cooldown, and her teammates clean up.
Can Yuumi please be an actual enchanter rather than a poke mage with a weak early game? She's encouraged to build mage items to make the most of her damage and adaptive-sharing passive, not support items.
Squish that cat. Flatten her entire kit, increase base mana costs, and reduce the cooldown of her passive significantly. Make her have a strong early game with good heals, shields, and poke, but gate her kit with mana so she's forced to pop out and trade. She could actually have an impact on the early game, but there would also be more frequent windows to catch her out.
