{Loot Idea} Gifting

Hey. what's up fans and Riot staff. I was just thinking I't would be cool to be able to gift Champion Shards and maybe skins that you get from Loot Chest. I have a ton of Champion Shards and thought it would be great to be able to help out a fellow fan if they were on my friend-list. Please comment/vote on if you agree or not.
