apparently xayah/rakan's ping voice lines are audible to enemies

isn't that a bit unfair? hearing xayah or rakan say "im on my way" kinda gives away that they're about to make a play

Yeah, it's unfair but for the enemies, you know how tilting and annoying is playing against them and hearing their quotes?

I rather go afk.

Hmm ... Riot should fix that if they can. I actually didn't know about that, but I will keep an eye out for it in the future. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Hey, everyone! This is definitely a bug and we'll be fixing then asap. Only Xayah and Rakan players should hear themselves pinging each other. Thanks for pointing this out!

To be fair, if the couple screams at each other for the battle plan, the enemy should also be able to hear them.

It's always something you have to be aware of if you're playing them. Yes, it's annoying. Yes, it's hard to deal with but you just sorta get used to walking inside a bush before pinging.

Couldn't that be used to trick enemies too though? Just ping so they hear it and expect something to happen, but do nothing instead. They get lulled into a false sense of security, then you bring out the big play

It's counterplay

TeCoolMage3/17/2018, 6:15:48 PM1 votes

lol wasn't there an update hat changed that:

"Speak a little quieter, Rakan" "Speak a little louder, Xayah"

Or something like that

Sounds like Rakan's old "Enemies can hear my warding VO" bug. They will likely fix it pretty quick now that it has been pointed out.
