Can honor always be visible?

I got honor 3 (5 now but it becomes an issue at 3) and was super disappointed that you have to get honored every game if you want the border to stick during the loading screen. Not a world ending issue, but why even put it in the game if I only get it if I was honored in the last match? I play support pretty often so I usually get it from the ol honor my lane that usually happens, but still.

On a sort of related note...put rank and mastery back into the loading screen for enemies. I'm too lazy to pull something up to check if the enemy azir is a 750k mastery beast with him, or heard he was the kewl new mid and is about to go 2/13/0. And yes I'm aware rito doesn't want people to get all ruffled up over the enemy rank or mastery, but it's gonna happen when they get pushed inside out in lane if it's that large of a skill gap...
